We confirm the yacht and route
We check your dates and the itinerary directly with the yacht's captain or manager before we reply.
Approve your quote
You receive a written quote with the rate, inclusions and terms. Nothing is booked or charged until you approve it.
Sign and secure your date
Sign the charter agreement and pay the deposit to the account named in it. Your date is held once both are received.

A written agreement for every charter
Each charter is confirmed by a signed charter agreement with the yacht's owner or operator. It sets out the rate, inclusions, payment dates and cancellation terms.

We confirm availability directly with the yacht's captain, manager or central agent. Your date is held once the signed agreement and deposit are received.
Payments to the named account only
Pay only to the account named in your signed charter agreement. Before any transfer, call us on (754) 444-6729 to confirm the bank details by phone.
Clear costs before you commit
Your written quote sets out the charter fee, what is included and what is not, such as fuel, APA, tax or crew gratuity. Nothing is booked or charged until you approve it.

Can the itinerary be changed?
Yes. The itinerary on each destination page is a starting point. Tell us what you would like to add or skip and we will confirm it with the captain. Routes can also change on the day for weather and sea conditions.
Are the rates on the site final?
Rates shown are starting rates. Your written quote confirms the exact rate for your dates, group size and yacht.
What is not included in the rate?
Your quote sets out what is included and what is not, such as fuel, APA, tax, dockage or crew gratuity. Nothing is booked or charged until you approve it.
Can you plan a destination that is not listed?
Yes. Send us the destination, dates and group size and we will suggest suitable yachts and a route.
